APC Youths Give Lalong 14 Days Ultimatum To Declare For 2019

APC Youths Online Forum on Tuesday has called on the Plateau state governor Simon Lalong to ensure he recontest the 2019 Governorship election . The group in a statement jointly signed by Pius Tongmaan. Chairman and Makut Alfred Mashat the Secretary reads that We want to join millions of Nigerians worldwide to applaud the bold step of the people’s President,Muhammadu Buhari on his historic declaration to run for a second term in line with millions of voices resonating in the same accord that have been urging him to continue the good work of Putting Nigeria on the path of progressive change. Mr President,Your focus to tackle security ,fight corruption headlong and rescue the economy is evident and undeniably on course and we are confident that you will consolidate on this within the time frame of your second tenure. We want to use this opportunity to call on the Rescue Governor, Simon Bako Lalong to follow suit and declare his intention to run for a second term to rescue Plateau wholeheartedly. In this regard, we want Governor, SIMON Lalong to declare within Fourteen days or we will declare his intention in absentia as we are confident that the Lalong/Tyoden administration should continue with the rescue agenda come 2019.
