GRASSROOTS MOVEMENT REFER TO DALUNG AS 'NICODEMUS ' FOR FACE OFF WITH DABANG

GRASSROOTS MOVEMENT FOR GOOD GOVERNANCE Rejoinder Our attention has been drawn to a double publication on the 12-03-2018 by one Timkat Peter and a faceless Janjaweed organization (Concern Citizen for Good Governance) captioned; Latep, a face of corrupts personality on the plateau, A local, myopic, baboon & political moron call Latep on the face of plateau politics. Days have passed and we have not heard him respond to the fallacious and unfounded allegations made against him, it’s certainly due to his character not to give undue relevance to cheap political blackmails, knowing that, truth, no matter how long it takes will reveal itself. We are therefore compelled to write this rejoinder so that his gentle and non-vengeful nature will not opined to giving credence to the false publications We are not disappointed in your articles as it further exposes your ignorance on basic principles and modules operandi of an administration/public office. We understand that your publications seek to attack the person and character of Hon LetepDabang (the state APC chairman). A man with quintessential; humility, integrity, of a leader per excellence and also mentor. Though you ended up with a lot of contradictions, fallacies and unsubstantiated accusations, we will not fail to educate you a bit by depositing the actual and allow your conscience to feed on your ego either to apologies or deceased from being used as a pawn. You said; Letep is a bunch of criminal and political baboon in plateau state. Permit us take you back memory lane where Hon. Letep was amongst the 17 signatories that wrote to the merger committee seeking inclusion of plateau state. A great foot that saw to the inclusion of plateau state into APC and whom your boss that you seek to please is a beneficiary. If Hon Letep is inconsequential in the affairs of plateau politics, how comes your oga at the top couldn’t even win any election as an opposition personality that he has been all through the years? Hon Letep has every right as the party chairman to scold any erring member of the party if he so wishes. Let’s get this analogy; if you are a father and you are walking in the market with two of your sons, without any provocation, one assaulted or insulted the other in public, without recourse to the family way of settling disputes or misunderstandings, as a father that you are, will you wait till you get home before you cautioned the other? Certainly No! Most importantly, the people of plateau state are aware of the sacrifices Hon Letep Dabang made for the success of the party in the last general elections; you can take to the bank and keep. Letep Dabang, the most corrupt personality in Lalong led administration. You claimed that Hon Letep collects the sum of #250,000 from each local government as bribe. To best of our knowledge the only money remitted is 15% deductions from the salaries of all elected and appointees of government from the party, which is paid as dues and it’s according to the constitution of the party. The dues are paid to the party’s account, not an account of any individual not even the chairman. So what other form of collections does the local government pay the chairman? If Hon Letep collects such amount as you claim, he would have preferred elections to hold in the local governments as that will bring in more numbers of persons occupying offices thereby leading to an increase in the purported sum he receives. We hope if you are called upon, you will provide the facts of how these transactions you lied about are carried out? Letep Dabang collected N100, 000, 000 bribes from Goodluck Jonathan campaign organization. This is not only laughable, but treacherous for you to make such a lame accusation. We donot think you deserve any intellectual response on this. But, we will like to say that next time, you should be mindful of making such porous statements on media because plateau intellects have it in records the sacrifices Hon Letep Dabang made, including so many of his brilliant ideas and deep commitment that led to victory of the party (APC) in the 2015 general elections. Letep Dabang was promised ministerial appointment. Let’s start by asking you this; it is convenient to say that your master is aggrieved with the captain of the rescue administration in the state because he lost to him in the party primaries of 2014? It will interest you to you to know that Hon Letep Dabang is a believer in Christ and he ascribes all his attainments as act of destiny. He is never quick in deciding for God what is best for him, and at the appropriate time, all divine plans of God upon his life will surely be fulfilled. At various instances, Hon Letep has conceded his ambitions to pave way for the aspirations of others, a quality so rare that endear him to so many of his admirers. The centre can no longer hold. Letep Dabang, just as any other politician has flair for men whom distinguished themselves and have paid the price for the democracy we all enjoin today, but for the avoidance of doubt, Hon Letep Dabang had move and join APC even before the supposedly claimed mentor of his, so the moving out of his mentor from APC does not in any way strip Hon Letep Dabang of his right of membership of APC as it does contravene his fundamental human right of belonging to any association of his choice. It’s rather unfortunate that your master have NICODEMUSLY being sighted with Sule Lamido, does it also mean that the center can no longer hold for him? Lastly, when we first read your publications, we thought about advising of not allowing your person(s) to be used as a medium to champion some peoples selfish and senile political agenda, but we are constraint on the hand, realizing that there is press freedom whereby anyone can make statements and comments, however stupid and tenuous they may seem. We wish you will soon be delivered from your paucity of wisdom. Long live APC Long live Plateau State Long live Nigeria
