The criminal case instituted by Hon. Damishi Sango faction of PDP against Hon Badung Gyang led faction loyal to Sen Ali Modu sheriff adjourned as presiding judge gave last warning to Sangro group lawyers.

The criminal charges instituted against the faction loyal to ousted former national chairman of PDP Sen Ali Modu Sheriff in plateau State was shifted on the request of lawyers assembled by Damishi Sango group in court today 31st,January 2018.

The Lawyer headed by Bar Gyang Nzi pleaded with the court for an adjournment to enable them seek for out of court settlement with the Hon Badung Gyang group.

Lawyers to Hon Badung Pam group led by Bar Juan, did not object to the application but reminded the court presided over by Her Lordship Justice Parbong of the period this matter have dragged and the infringement on the fundamental human right this case has inflicted on her client.

Her Lordship Justice Parbong adjourned the matter to 21st February, 2018  and asked the plaintiff counsel to do all the necessary dialogue engagement before the next adjourned date.

Hon Damishi Sango was absent in court as well as all supporters of his group who normally turn up in large number at the court.

Sources close to Sango group indicate that must of the witnesses contacted to testify refuse to honour invitations to court by their lawyer placing the case at a very disadvantage situation, also there seems to be an underground support for the Badung group from major stakeholders of PDP who are rumored  not to be happy with the leadership of the party under Sango and his group, hence the large number of defence counsels always in court.

After the adjournment our Reporter contacted spokesman of the Sheriff/Badung group in Plateau state Hon Macham Emmanuel ,He said "our support for PDP is untouchable, our spirit has never been distracted for once, the right thing must be done in our party, some of the acclaimed Sango led exco are just out to  enrich themselves, they never care whether the party survived or not, there mission is simply about there stomach and pockets".

As at the time of this repprt, the Sango group say the case is in court and they will hear from their lawyers before any press statement will be issued in due course.

Hon Macham promise to address a press conference soon for people to understand their position, but assured he is a card carrying member of PDP and will never relent in making sure justice is served to every common person within the party.
He asked stakeholders to rally round the Uche Secondus Led National working committee of the PDP for a better Nigeria.
