Saminu Maigoro a Youth and public commentator took a swipe at the PYC Chairman of Pankshin Chikas Kumle for alleging that there has not been any improvement since President Muhammadu Buhari came on board as the President.
CHIKAS KUMLE

Should President Buhari's second term bit be forced down the throat of every APC member? Hasn't Buhari shown enough incapacity to lead the Nigeria of today? This culture of forcing a leader on everyone even when incompetency is boldly written, will cost the APC.There are party faithfuls who don't fancy Buhari's style of governance and want to remain in the party but can't boldly say.For some,it is because they are serving in one capacity or the other at the moment for which they can't afford going to look for a new job.Under President Buhari's watch, government has shown poor management of the herdsmen menace, nepotism, injustice & insecurity generally has soared to unimaginable heights, his inability to sack the very incompetent in his cabinet and how he goes to sleep on matters that require all urgency (by the time he wakes up;the issue has long died a natural dead). Worse of,is how Nigerians are more divided now across ethnic and religious lines than they were two years ago. Myself and many out there go to bed with more questions than answers and have a hard time explaining why more Nigerians should keep being patient as though we all have a thousand years to be here. Many are comfortable with the leadership of the party at state level but not feeling same with it at the centre. Politicians that banked on Buhari's 'integrity' to win elections in 2015 will in 2019 win through there nose. Times are changing and people are more informed now than they were in 2015. The party should find ways of maintaining its image beyond Buhari and his stay in power. The party is supreme and should note that peoples' perception and understanding of their need to participate in politics is also changing. Imposing Buhari by political elites is unacceptable as it has shown how insensitive they are to the complains of the masses.People have various reasons for being in the APC;Buhari is not all of it. He is not the only Leader or good person Nigeria is blessed with. This is about Nigeria and I wish the APC well. #1LoveDaily
In a swift response to her position, Saminu agreed differently..
SAMINU MAIGORO
To chikas and her lame gullibles, there is no improvement in the economy despite the govt now not borrowing to pay salaries, there is no improvement, despite power generation soaring from a meagre 3000MW to 7000MW with an obvious improvement in electricity supply across the nation.
To Chikas, it is not improvement, the dragging of our nation out of recession with our foreign reserve hitting over 40bn dollars from the less than 20bn inherited in 2015.
To Chikas and her gullibles, the end to incessant bomb blast is not an improvement, the decimation of Boko Haram too is not a plus. Yes there is now the challenge of herdsmen attacks, but the commitment of the govt towards finding solutions too is commendable, an IG is relocated to the field, and there is a complete search for a policy towards tackling the menace.
To Chikas and her gullibles, the success recorded in changing the narrative in food importation to food sustainability through agricultural value chain and improvement.
To Chikas and her gullibles, loans and grants offers to SME through SME clinics, BOI, and government support through social intervention programs like conditional cash transfers too are not improvements. Job creation through N-power without recourse to party affinity is equally not an improvement.
To Chikas and her gullibles, over 40 roads construction contracts, the mambila plateau hydro electric power project and the Ebin gas power projects are not improvement.
To Chikas and her gullibles, the reviving of the railway transport system, complete overhauling of our airports and the turn in attention to inland container depots are not improvement. Haba jama'a, what then is an improvement?
And all that is achieved when we witnessed an unprecedented low in the price of crude oil for the last two years!
What then is improvement? Maybe there is another definition known only to Chikas and her gullibles.
